Hot Morning Elixir: A.M. Lemon Water Upgrade

Hot lemon water has become the holy grail of the wellness world. I decided to kick things up a notch by adding ACV, cinnamon, and ginger. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups spring water boil and leave to cool
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ lemon (preferable organic) squeezed
  • fresh grated ginger small piece

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a glass or mug. Stir and sip slowly.
