3 Ingredient Chia Berry Compote
A 3 ingredient chia berry compote that's subtly tart, pleasantly sweet, super versatile, multi-purposeful, and most of all, super yummy!

Servings 10 servings (approx)
- 3 cups berries (I used strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries) frozen or fresh
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (can omit if desired)
Add berries and juice to saucepan.
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes while mashing berries as mixture softens and begins to bubble.
Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds.
Serve warm or cold.
Refrigerate for up to 4-5 days. Leftovers can be frozen.
