3 Ingredient Chia Berry Compote

A 3 ingredient chia berry compote that's subtly tart, pleasantly sweet, super versatile, multi-purposeful, and most of all, super yummy!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups berries (I used strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries) frozen or fresh
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (can omit if desired)

Instructions

  • Add berries and juice to saucepan.
  • Cook over low heat for 15 minutes while mashing berries as mixture softens and begins to bubble.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds.
  • Serve warm or cold.
  • Refrigerate for up to 4-5 days. Leftovers can be frozen.
