Blueberry Pie Power Smoothie | Post-Strength Training
A Protein Smoothie doesn't sound too sexy does it? How about: Blueberry Pie Power Smoothie? Ahh, much better. This power smoothie tastes a lot like a drinkable blueberry pie. Use any plant-based protein powder you'd like just make sure that it's high quality with only a few pure ingredients.

Servings 2medium-sized smoothies or 1 large
Ingredients
1largebananapreferrably frozen
1cupfrozen blueberries
2tablespoonsnut butter (your choice)I used almond butter
1 tablespoonpumpkin seeds
1tablespoonvegan protein powder (your choice)
¼teaspoonground cardamom
1cupalmond milk (unsweetened)or use nut milk of choice
Instructions
Give banana a rough chop and add it to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
If too thick, add more nut milk. If too runny, add more frozen banana and/or frozen blueberries.
Taste. Adjust flavor to your liking, if needed.
Pour into 2 medium-sized glasses and serve, or store in a large airtight glass bottle to carry along with you in your gym bag.
