Ingredients

  • 1.5 large frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 cup nut milk I used almond milk. Add more milk for thinner consistency
  • ½ teaspoon pine pollen
  • ¼ fresh avocado half of one-half of an avocado
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey add more or less to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Irish seamoss optional
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder optional
  • ¼ teaspoon ashwagandha optional
  • ¼ teaspoon astralagus optional
  • 1 small fresh strawberry optional garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients blender and blend until creamy.
