Ingredients
1.5largefrozen bananas
1-1.5cupscashew milkor use other nut milk of choice
1.5tablespoonsalmond butter
1.5tablespoonsdry oats
2tablespoonswalnuts
1teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1teaspooncinnamon
½teaspoonnutmeg
1 small pinchsaltI used pink himalayan salt
1tablespoonflax seed mealor use whole flax seeds
1-1.5teaspoonsagave nectaror use sweetner of choice
Instructions
Pour 1 cup of milk into blender.
Add the remainder of ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy.
If mixture is too thick, add ½ cup of milk (1 tablespoon at a time) and blend to desired consistency. If mixture is too thin, add more frozen banana and blend to desired consistency.
Taste. If needed, adjust flavor to your liking by using the spices on the ingredient list.
