1cupchickpeas
2tablespoonsraw pepitas
½cuptahini
1clovegarlic
¼cupolive oil
2tablespoonslemon juice
¾teaspoon saltI used pink salt

1cupfirmly packed cilantro
1tablespoon filtered or spring water
1 teaspoonagave nectar
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. (Add more spices if needed). Scrape into a bowl.
