I used the sauce from the cheesy vegan spaghetti and meatballs (see photo in gallery) and used it as my pizza sauce.
I sautéed the kale in garlic herb oil and arranged it on top of the sauce and daiya cheese.
Then placed it in a 400 degree oven and baked it until the cheese melted and kale was slightly charred and crispy.
Lastly, I sprinkled my homemade Crimini Bacon and a few sundried tomatoes on top.
(Used low carb “Flat Out” pizza bread…prebaked it for 5-7 minutes)
