Boiled 1-¼ cup almond milk and a pinch of salt then added ½ cup of Rainbow Quinoa. Covered and let it simmer for about 10-12 min. Added cinnamon, a little nutmeg, and sweetened with a little sweetened condensed coconut milk. Served with sliced bananas, chopped walnuts, chunky peanut butter, and a dash of cinnamon on top
