Blue corn tortilla chips, daiya cheese shreds, black beans, green onions, ground “beef” crumbles, grilled “chicken”, black olives, green taco sauce, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, purple cabbage, sprouts, sour cream, and sliced avocado. I topped things off with a generous drizzle of homemade chipotle-lime cream sauce and a dash of cilantro.
