Ingredients

  • ΒΌ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup black seed horchata see recipe link in notes
  • 1 chopped date
  • 2 tablespoon rolled oats
  • maple syrup optional sweetener
  • raw almond butter optional add in
  • black sesame seeds optional garnish
  • gogi berries optional garnish

Instructions

  • Pour chia seeds into a mason jar and stir in the black seed horchata, rolled oats, chopped date, and optional add-ins (almond butter and/or maple syrup).
  • Place jar in refrigerator and let set overnight (or at least 5 hours).
  • When ready to eat, enjoy as is or garnish with gogi berries and black sesame seeds.
