Thee Golden Coconut Latte! The title itself is a dead giveaway to my kicked-up version of the popular turmeric latte *wink*.

Ingredients
1cup coconut milk
½teaspoonground turmeric
½teaspoonground cinnamon
¼teaspoon ground or freshly grated ginger
a crack or pinch of black pepper
a scraping of seeds from a vanilla podor teaspoon vanilla powder
½tablespooncoconut butter
½teaspoon ashwagandha powderor use a few drops in tincture form
stevia or honeyoptional
Instructions
Place all ingredients, except the coconut butter and ashwagandha, into a saucepan over a low to medium heat and whisk everything together. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Lastly, whisk in the coconut butter and ashwagandha and leave for a further minute. Pour into a mug and finish with a light dusting of cinnamon on the top.
