When plain Matcha Green Tea just isn’t enough…say yes to Cinnamon-Spiced Matcha!
Morning coffee is often times that one thing that most people will NOT negotiate on. Which is fine…however, if your adrenals are in overdrive, and the rest of your endocrine system, from your thyroid to your liver, is feeling a little rundown, then I highly recommend re-thinking your alliance with said coffee.
Matcha is a great alternative if you’re looking to cut down on your coffee consumption. It gives you that lovely perky feeling, without those famous jitters. Matcha has also been said to create a little bubble of calm among the store of hectic life (heck, sometimes, I use it as a pre-workout). It gives the best of both worlds: energy and productivity without the coffee crash.
