Black Sesame Seed Horchata flavored Chia Pudding ya’ll! Prep at night, enjoy in the morning!
I made this little concoction with my left over black sesame horchata from the other day. The sweetness and ever-so-slight savoriness is perfect for breakfast or just a little mid-day snack. I chopped up a nice juicy plump date for extra chewiness and as a creamy boost, I stirred in a spoonful of almond butter. Oh and let’s not forget about the subtly sweet gogi berries and extra sesame seeds I used as a garnish! Everything was PERFECT and so so satisfying!
