Goji, Mango, Turmeric Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 orange peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 ripe mango (stone removed) Fresh or Frozen (thawed)--Approx 1 cup of mango flesh
- ⅓ cup dried gogi berries
- ½-1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger or ¼-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup fresh carrot juice (4-5 carrots)
- pinch black pepper
- 2 tablespoons black chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in blender (except chia seeds). Blend on high speed until smooth. Taste and adjust "spiciness" to your liking by adding more ginger if necessary.
- Pour into two medium sized glasses. Stir in chia seeds and serve chilled.
